IRDF Grant has been finalized - and is complete!

Breaking news - the IRDF grant for Project COVID Opportunity has been approved - and has been completely filled! That is, thanks to the generosity of our brotherhood over the past few years to MIT’s IRDF (approximately $700k!), prior donations have already filled the allotted grant amount.

While that’s great news, there’s still much to do on the fundraising front - The grant (for $628,503) covered less than half of the cost of COVID Opportunity ($1,367,275). So moving forward, we’re asking the brotherhood to consider making ongoing donations to the Building fund, which are unfortunately not tax-deductible but will help us pay down the debt over time.
